Industries Served Agricultural McLaughlin Body Company is currently producing cabs for a wide cross section of agricultural equipment including tractors, harvesting equipment and sprayers. We have extensive experience with multiple ROPS standards for Agriculture including SAE, ISO, ASAE, OECD and EEC as well as background in the requirements of European road homologation.McLaughlin Body has expanded our services in the agricultural market to include machine components and attachement other than cabs. Components include cab supports, platforms and landings. We also have experience with attachments such as front end equipment for harvesting machines and buckets for loaders. These services demonstrate McLaughlin's flexibility and our dedication to support our customer's needs. Construction McLaughlin Body has experience with the wide range of structural and durability needs in the construction product industry. We produce construction equipment cabs for rubber tired machines as well as tracked equipment. A member of our engineering group is an active operator protection committee officer with extensive background in ROPS, TOPS and FOPS requirements. We can take advantage or our stamping expertise to provide components typically outsourced or imported by other manufacturers. Forestry McLaughlin Body understands the demanding nature of the forestry market. We have produced and provided design services for products such as log skidders and feller bunchers. Our engineers have a varied background in forestry protective requirements such as OPS and FOGS and continue to participate in standards development through ISO and SAE committees. Military  McLaughlin Body has an extensive background in military markets both as a sub and prime a contractor. We have built nearly 50,000 cabs for the US Army or their prime contractors. Our finishing processes conform to the requirements of TTC-490 in zinc phosphate pretreatement, e-coat and CARC application. We have experience with camouflage painting. Our finishing processes have allowed McLaughlin Body to meet 22 year service life requirement for tactical vehicles.McLaughlin Body is small business certified, cage code established, central contractor registered and trading partner identification is in place. We are familiar with the need to flex production volumes to meet rapid ramp up during times of need. We have DCAS availability in plant for GSI signoff and are an experienced supplier of spares and shipment of same direct to depots. Mining McLaughlin Body Company is able to manage low volume highly complex products associated with the mining industry. Our finishing systems are designed to handle large cabs up to 5000 lbs in E-coat and 10,000 lbs in a large spray primer line. Municipal McLaughlin is an experienced supplier to municipal markets. Our products have included cabs for street sweepers, packers, fire and medical equipment. Truck McLaughlin is an experienced supplier of steel, stainless steel and aluminum cabs and sleeper boxes for over the road trucks. Current and past applications include LFE cabs for various chassis configurations, front discharge mixer cabs and various sleeper configurations. We are skilled in the use of multiple construction methods including MIG welding, riveting, bonding and resistance welding of cab structures. |
